• Simulation and training systems support
• Project and program management consulting
• Stakeholder and contractor engagement services

All services are provided in accordance with professional consulting standards and applicable Canadian laws and regulations. We maintain appropriate security clearances and adhere to confidentiality requirements as specified in individual service agreements.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of defence-related information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. All client information is protected according to applicable security classifications and privacy requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of services as defined in individual consulting agreements. We provide professional advice based on our experience and expertise, but final decisions remain with the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, processes, and proprietary knowledge developed by NorthStar Defence Consulting Inc. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which services are provided.
